Optional add-ons: OTP Analysis & MC Validation (+$0.15/trip), BillBoss Premium Billing (+3% of ModivCare volume), and Custom Development ($150/hour). Non-profits pay the same $39/mo + $0 food-delivery / $0.35 passenger (10% off TP rate).

Is DriveBoss HIPAA compliant?

Yes. DriveBoss is HIPAA-aligned and signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) at account activation. DriveBoss also operates under executed BAAs with AWS, ModivCare, Alivi, and MTM, protecting patient data end-to-end across the transportation chain. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
